In the interest of minimizing the construction industry's impact on the environment, ABCO is working toward
mastery of sustainable building techniques. To that end, we are supporting
participation of our project managers and superintendents as they study to
become LEED certified professionals. We are also proud members of the United
States Green Building Council and other various organizations that help promote environmentally responsible building techniques.

 ABCO is THE go-to resource for Luxury "Green" building. Our organization has made a strong
commitment to reducing its carbon footprint, preserving the natural
environment, conserving natural resources and protecting the health of our
clients. To help produce long-term monetary savings, we offer energy
audits by accredited professionals. We can also assist in filing applications
for immediate government tax credits for those who support the green
initiative. Recent projects have incorporated the use of efficient products
including eco-insulation, high tech air filtration, tankless water heaters,
energy-saving LED lighting and low volume water fixtures. We also support and promote the use of
natural, sustainable materials such as bamboo, cork, palm, wheat, clay and
cement. We offer a variety of products and equipment that promote energy
efficiency and we use recycled materials in our office, as well as our job
sites. Our goal is to create overall healthier indoor environments.
We also partner with various reputable organizations to provide
options for water reclamation, alternative energies including wind, solar, and
geo-thermal energy and promote usage of natural lighting. Likewise, we assist
in providing owners or occupiers with green maintenance techniques to keep up
their contribution to the environment. Owners and occupants are offered water and energy conservation tips and
are provided with recommendations for proven eco-friendly cleaning,
maintenance, and living products.
